Notes This part was written by Maddad bin Abdullah bin Maddad, because the scholarly sheikh and jurist Abu Abdullah Muhammad bin Ibrahim bin Sulaiman al-Kindi wrote three parts on zakat, but he did not find the first part of them. Perhaps the sheikh, the jurist Abdullah bin Madad, went and composed this part and made it the first part of zakat from the book Bayan al-Shar’a. To note, this book was passed from one person to another and is one of the permanently endowment books, and was kept in trust by the poor slave Masoud bin Ali. Al-Tawqi, endowment permanently by Sheikh Khamis bin Sulaiman bin Saeed Al-Harithi, has a large hole in the pages from the beginning to image 50, and at the beginning there are six blank pages with some benefits. - None - corrosion, moisture, voids, indexed at the beginning
