He gave it a permanent endowment until the Day of Resurrection in the land of Zanzibar for any Muslim who wanted to read from it. In the name of God, the most gracious, the most merciful. Chapter on joint shares and what the partners are obligated to do in terms of the added addition: The joint shares are divided into categories, one of which is: that it be divided by compulsory settlement, such as two lands, houses, orchards, farms, and the like, and some of them are not justifiable to be divided under any circumstances, such as jewels, pearls, and the like, and among them are those that are divided by compensatory settlement, not by compulsory...
