Its code: SH/DG107. We confirmed the title based on an entry in the margin of Q1, which stated the following: “The pamphlet by Sheikh Salih bin Kasi, which came to us in the explanation of Mukhtasar al-Adl, will be returned to his heirs.” The book “Al-Adl” is by Sheikh Abu Ya’qub Yusuf bin Ibrahim Al-Warjalani (d. 570 AH/1175 AD), while the first “Al-Mukhtasar” and “Explanation” are by Sheikh Abu Al-Abbas Ahmad bin Saeed Al-Shamakhi (d. 928 AH/1522 AD). We compared what was mentioned in the annotated text in Al-Mukh with the explanation of Abu Al-Abbas Al-Shamakhi on the summary of the Book of Justice and Fairness, and we found it identical.
