The answer was to a letter from the representative of the French government in the Ghardaia district addressed to Caïd Malika, No. 181. - The answer was topped with a group of questions related to the palm tree, its planting, and social practices related to the palm tree. - The copyist is a student of Qutb Tfayyesh, and his handwriting is very similar to the handwriting of his sheikh in a way that makes it difficult to differentiate between them for those who do not know each handwriting separately. - It seems that the answer was composed by the copyist, Sheikh Yahya bin Saleh Baamra, who was a judge in the Malika Palace (Mazab) during the French colonialism.
