In the name of God, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful, and by God I seek help, and in Him I trust, and in Him I seek guidance in all matters. God has honored you by obliging you to obey Him, and protected you by keeping Him safe from committing disobedience to Him, and guided us and you to the one who loves Him and is satisfied with His grace and power. Indeed, on our part, God has honored you with a people from the Kharijites.
