In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, and in Him I trust, and He is my suffice, and He is the best disposer of affairs. The poor servant said to God, Ahmed bin Saad al-Din bin al-Hussein bin Muhammad bin Ali bin Muhammad al-Masouri, may God grant him success, forgive him, and have mercy on him.
