In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, and may God’s prayers and peace be upon our Master Muhammad and his family. Praise be to God, who demonstrates Himself and His attributes through the wonders of His creations, who reveals His justice, wisdom, providence, and universality. The One is capable of all kinds of powers, the world, and not the weight of an atom escapes Him on earth or in the heavens. The Living One, by whom the existing condition does not change, as long as they have not ceased. The One who perceives things, not with machines, who dispenses with establishing these attributes from influences. The One, and He has no partner.
