Manuscript code in the library: with/dg54. Scale, 22 x 15.8 cm. • The following title was mentioned in the opening: “The Book of Tablets,” attributed to Sheikh Abu Abbas Ahmad bin Muhammad bin Bakr, but the correct view is what has been proven for two reasons: Firstly: The beginning of the book is the same as the beginning of several copies of the Book of Mu’allaqat found in other libraries. Secondly: There is a complete copy of “The Book of Tablets” in the library of the Fadl family in Bani Yazqan, and its beginning is completely different from the beginning of this book. - In the margin are notes written by the copyist. - Copy information was confirmed by comparing the script with some copies of the copyist in the same cabinet. - In 1 and there is an interest in the quality of lacquer (ink) and another in the measurements of the Holy Kaaba. - The title of the book was mentioned in “Restricting the Writings of the Ibadi” by Sheikh Abu al-Qasim al-Baradi, and he said that it is in the news of the people of the call and the author is unknown. - Medium - ×
