Our Lord, the Commander of the Faithful, may God support him, answered in his honorable handwriting, except for some of them that were taken by the judge, the scholar and eminent scholar, Abd al-Karim bin Ahmad Mutahhar, and they are these: Faith. It is the right of the orphaned person to take care of him. It is obligatory for the one who chooses in his right according to Sharia law.
