Size: 23 x 17, in which the “scholars gathered in the Umayyad Saeed Council,” which took place on Shaaban 21, 1245 AH, agreed on ten issues regarding alimony, marriage, sales, and inheritance. In the text and in the margin there are corrections in the copyist’s handwriting. The agreement in 6f follows the will of some scholars to his son, and an interest in secret, covenant, and retaliation, which the copyist took from his sheikh, “Hajj Muhammad bin Yusuf, may God have mercy on him and be pleased with him,” and from it the date of copying was taken. - Medium - The paper has water marks.
