In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful... The book of sales on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family, that he said: “The sale is only based on mutual consent.” Ibn Majah narrated it on the authority of Abu Sa’id in his wording, and on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family, that he said: “The pen was lifted from three: from a child until he reaches puberty, from a sleeper until he wakes up, and from an insane person until he awakens...” (Image: 003)
