In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, and in Him we seek help. Praise be to God, who grants whom He wills what He wills, and praise be to God, who taught mankind organization, creation, and prayers and peace be upon the most eloquent of the worlds, who is far removed from poetry, and He is the one who said, “Indeed, from poetry there is wisdom, and from eloquence, there is magic.”
