In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, and in Him I seek help, and in Him I place my trust. The Book of Testimonies, the chapter on the obligation of testimony, mentioning entry into it, limiting harm after bearing it, and mentioning what contracts are limited to it and what is not limited. The discussion of it occurs in six places, one of which is in specifying what contracts are limited to and what is not limited to the testimony.
