His saying, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, “The owner has his sheep and he owes the fine” indicates that they are referring to the credit and that the one who pays the debt is guaranteed because its owner is entitled to the gain of the increase and the penalty of the decrease, which is if the mortgage is incomplete and also that the mortgage is in lieu of the debt and the debt is guaranteed, so the entire mortgage must be guaranteed (Image: 04).
