In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, and in Him we seek help. Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and may God’s prayers and peace be upon Muhammad and his family. The eminent Sheikh, Al-Hafiz Al-Muzaffar bin Al-Hussein bin Zaid bin Ali bin Khuzaymah Al-Farsi - may God have mercy on him - said: Praise be to God and peace be upon His servants whom He has chosen, and prayers and peace be upon them.
