In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. May God make it easy, O Most Generous. Let us explain the surah in which the family of Imran is mentioned, two hundred verses, and it is unanimously Medinan, and on the authority of Ibn Abbas, on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family, that he said, “Whoever recites Surah Al-Imran on Friday, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his angels until (...) the sun.” And on the authority of Ubayy bin Ka’b, on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family,
