Blessed, so say Umrah and Hajj. On the authority of Anas, he said, I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace (...) both Hajj and Umrah, saying, “Labbayk Umrah and Hajjah. Labayk, Umrah and Hajj.” On the authority of Omar, he heard a man performing the talbiyah for Hajj and Umrah, and he said, “Who is this?” They said: Ali taught (knowledge), so Omar came to him and said: Did you not know?
