The issue is an answer by one of the scholars about two men, each of whom swore an oath of divorce if the aforementioned guardian stayed with them for one night, and he justified in his answer that the divorce did not take place for either of them. - In the answer there is a talk about the miracles of saints and substitutes. Among the notables mentioned in the answer: Alaa al-Din al-Qunawi. Taj al-Din al-Sabki; Karim Al-Din Al-Amli; Safi al-Din Abi Mansour; Abdul Ghaffar bin Noah; Al-Afif Al-Yafei; Taj al-Din bin Atta Allah; Al-Siraj bin Al-Mulqin; Abdullah Al-Munoufi, and these are Shafi’i jurists, and therefore we believe that the author is Shafi’i. - T.N was taken from 19f. - Complete - None
