In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to God, who created the light of minds in the hearts of the notables of His creation, so Glory be to Him, who filled them with lamps of light... to convey the message to the great people, to give thanks for His blessings, and to His brother, guardian, and righteous city. He taught him the status of Aaron to Moses, except for prophecy.
