In the name of God, the most gracious, the most merciful. Praise be to God who distinguished the duties of inheritance in detail and decorated them with the honor of needing them with good detail, and made them a conclusive argument that distinguishes between prohibition and permissibility with the clearest argument, proof, and path regarding what the heir inherits.
