In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, and in Him we seek help, and may God’s prayers and peace be upon our master Muhammad and his family. The year one thousand and thirty has entered, and no accident or catastrophic problem occurred in it. The year 1031 has entered in it, in the month of Rabi’ al-Akhir. Fadlallah clothed the Pasha of Yemen, and when the Pasha Muhammad was certain of his exit.
