In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, and by Him we seek help. Praise be to God, who raised the ranks of the working scholars and preserved through them the fire of His arguments for the workers, and connected them with the frequent success of His bounties, and the most abundant of His blessings, and made them aware of His dignity, the highest of the worlds. And prayers and peace be upon His greatest Messenger and His most honorable Trustee, the Seal of the Prophets and the Imam of the Messengers, the Father of the Oath, Muhammad.
