Notes Manuscript code in the library: with/18. Size: 22.2 x 15.7 cm. “Mukhtar al-Sahhah” is recited in the copyist’s handwriting: with Isa bin Dad al-Warjlani, dated 1196 AH. - After completing the will, the author went on to mention those who are required to make severe atonement. - We attributed the will to the copyist for two reasons: 1) At the end of it there was a phrase indicating that it was written by the writer, which is “He completed what appeared to his writer...”; 2) We compared this will with the wording of the will of Sheikh Muhammad bin Abi Al-Qasim Al-Ghardawi, so the difference became clear. There is no doubt that the writer of this will is the one referred to in the letter of Sheikh Ibrahim bin Bahman that he sent to Sheikh Suleiman bin Nasser Al Omani, as he mentioned him in that letter among the notables of Brian. (See: The Diwan of Sheikh Ibrahim bin Bahman, a master’s thesis in language and literature, by the student Yahya Al-Hajj Muhammad, p. 64). - In vol. 1 in the handwriting of Sheikh Bab bin Yunus (d. 1280 AH): “A loan in the hand of Bab bin Yunus belongs to Saleh bin Ibrahim bin Suleiman Al-Biryani, and he is the one who loaned it,” meaning that the author of the will was born a contemporary of Sheikh Bab bin Yunus. - Medium: with edge wear. -×
Sample Text (Bismillah, prayer) This is the translation of the will for those who wanted to make a will... This is what so-and-so, the son of so-and-so, recommended, while he was of sound mind...
