In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful... The word is a singular statement, and it is a noun, a verb, and a letter. The noun is what accepts the unconnected, the vocative, or the attribution to it, and the verb is either the past, which is what accepts the feminine consonant ta, such as the qāmī, and from it is yes, and [plus... such], and maybe, and not, or singular...
