Short shot of a manuscript, old signature: Quatremère 473, BSB provenance: Étienne Quatremère (1782-1857) (brought from Cairo by Jean Joseph Marcel), content: A fragment of the Arabic translation of Galen's writing. Our copy is incomplete and consists of loose sheets of paper, some of which are in disarray. At the end there are four sheets of very similar writing from a traditional work (Bāb ǧihād an-nisāʾ to Bāb al-miǧann). Translator cannot be determined, writing: The writing is good, strong and old, but without diacritical points
