Short shot of a manuscript, Dated manuscript, Cover: Restored leather strap with blind pressing and flap. The back, bridge and flap are trimmed in red leather and the lids are trimmed in chestnut brown leather. Lid framed by a wide band surrounded by strips, which is composed of square stamps with palmettes. Beveled corners filled with circles. In the middle a circular ornament decorated with dots, circles and bars or the name of Muḥammad Sulaimān ar-Raqīmī / Ruqaimī. On the bridge there is a cartouche filled with flowers and tendrils with pendants, on the pointed side of the flap there is a somewhat small mandorla. The bridge on the left side is deeply torn from above, writing: medium-sized, high-quality, carefully written, somewhat flat, sparsely dotted Nasḫī, BSB provenance: Eduard Glaser (1855-1908). - Munich, BSB., old signature: Cod.arab.
