Old signature: Cod.hebr. 104, old signature: Cod.arab. 811a, short copy of a manuscript, writing: Book VI-VII large, strong, clear Spanish rabbinic hand from 1410 written by the son of Abraham Ṣāliḥ for the "head of the doctors" Abraham Šammāš; the rest was gradually added by a small, unsightly Spanish hand (15th century) and probably not beyond Treatise VIII, BSB provenance: Johann Albrecht Widmanstetter (1506-1557), content: The 2nd practical part of the Kāmil aṣ-ṣināʿa aṭ-ṭibbīya, called al-Mālikī of ʿAlī Ibn-al-ʿAbbās, a welcome addition to the first part in Cod.arab. 811. Every treatise is preceded by the register. Treatise II begins f. 67, III f. 124b-153b, VI f. 155b, VII f. 172, VIII f. 215b and only the final page of the VIII treatise (of X) is missing, the custos of which is on the last existing one. f. 80 marginal notes, mostly plant names.
