Short shot of a manuscript, Dated manuscript, Contents: Treatise on inheritance law., Script: Medium to large, largely unpunctuated, somewhat round Nasḫī. Alternating highlights through the use of a wider qalam and red ink., Equipment: Remains of an original layer count (e.g. on p. 97a: 13), Binding: Brown-beige restored leather binding with blind pressing (without flap). Lid framed by two wide decorative strips, the outer one filled with Arabic calligraphy and the inner one with a braided band pattern. In the middle is a quatrefoil medallion made up of circles placed one on top of the other, with a round flower motif pressed into each circle. In the passes as well as in the corners and on the sides of the inner frame there is a flower with a thorn., BSB provenance: From the Glaser collection (1855-1908).
