Content: Also known under the title Ǧāmiʿ al-aḥkām fī 'l-ḥalāl wa-'l-ḥarām, a work with the legal decisions of the founder of the Zaydi Imāmat (al-Hādī ila 'l-Ḥaqq) in the areas of ritual purity and prayer, alms prayers, fasting and pilgrimage, scripture: Large, further back smaller, fully dotted Nasḫī, largely also vocalized. Highlights with wider qalam or with red ink (the bold headings are also surrounded by a red line; the frame of the font area is also red, more rarely blue-green), cover: brittle, soiled, worm-eaten leather binding with flap and blind pressing. The front and back covers are about half torn off. Individual pieces of the cover ornamentation (almond, pendant, corner fillings) are glued into the pressed recesses of the cover and flap, BSB provenance: Eduard Glaser (1855-1908). - Munich, BSB., old signature: Cod.arab.
