Short shot of a manuscript, content: Handbook of simple medicines also known under the title al-Muʿtamad fī mufradāt aṭ-ṭibb or fi l-adwiya al-mufrada., Font: Medium-sized, somewhat delicate, partially dotted Nasḫī written in a practiced hand. Highlights in red (headings, names of the remedies, symbols of the works cited)., Cover: Black leather strap repaired in the Orient with blind pressing without flap. The spine and the edges of the back cover are covered in brown leather. In the middle there is a lotus medallion filled with flowers and tendrils with pendants that can only be seen on the front cover.
