Short shot of a manuscript, writing: Medium-sized, carefully written, mostly dotted Nasḫī. In part 1 the highlighted expressions are written or traced in red, in part 2 the annotated basic text is in red. Binding: Red dented leather strap with blind pressing (without flap). The two lid halves, which belong together but have been cut, are tied to a black leather back with threads. Lid frame with double strips. The corners bevelled. The central ornament is a large many-pass almond filled with flowers and tendrils, which is surrounded by a gold line. Gold rays emerge at the passes.
