Notes Contents: A letter from the Grand Vizier Ibrâhîm Pâschâ under Sulaimân I to King Ferdinand I, dated in the last days of Rebî' II. 937 (November 17, 1530), an important historical document, probably the oldest document of Turkish-German diplomacy, Literature: Edition: By A. von Gevay, who, however, did not know our Turkish original, in the 'Documents and Documents on the history of the relationships between Austria, Hungary and the Porte in the XVI. and XVII. Century' Year 1530 p. 92 ff. communicated in Latin and Italian translation, writing: The praising mention of God at the top of the scroll, as well as the religious introduction, are written in gold letters, the former in Diwani, the latter in Thulthi Neskhî; the names of the Sultan and the Grand Vizier according to rank in letters of different sizes, the two names mentioned and the Tughra in blue ink. Everything else is black in the peculiar Turkish chancery script, only interrupted by gold letters when the name of God appears, Cod.or. 346 a, old signature: Cim. 76, short photo of a manuscript
