Notes
Short shot of a manuscript, features: Brittle leather strap made up of different pieces with blind pressing and flap. The reddish-brown front cover is covered with a pattern of overlapping square and rectangular panels. Back and bridge made of black-brown leather. The bridge is torn from below, and the piece of the same leather used to reinforce the lower edge of the back cover has also broken. The back cover is framed by two strips of different widths, which, like the circular ornament in the middle of the main field, are filled with a pattern of punched dots and narrow dashed rectangles. Script: Medium-sized, partially dotted and vocalized, somewhat steep Nasḫī.
