The manuscript is an amulet. For Kampar people amulet (Azimat or sikep) are used for self protection. The physical size of the manuscript is 49,5 x 3 cm; ilustrating, two swords and flower; gold ink; black carton paper, strong paper, new paper; the manuscript is zigzaggy folded; the manuscript is kept into the small box made by iron covered by black fabric; the text is readable; the manuscript condition is good.
