Notes Digital images of Nahwu, a work on Arabic Grammar. The manuscript is dated on p. 342: 28 Syawal 1218 (10 February 1804 AD) in Kota Tengah The manuscript measures 16.5 x 20.5 cm; the text block 11 x 16 cm. Black and red ink on European paper (made by J Honig & Zoon). 207 pages in length, there is a fine Minangkabau-style leather binding on p. 329. Annotations have been made throughout the manuscript in an unknown hand. The manuscript suffers from creasing, staining, and insect damage.
