Notes Transliterated title: Duwaaraŋ Kummaayariŋo. Contains a collection of two manuscripts. The first is a special prayer that combines Arabic litanies with Mandinka incantation language. The text is used for protection from real or imagined evil, invisibility, good luck, and other local preoccupations. The last document, which is written in classical Arabic, and copied by his father in 1987, serves as a special prayer for success and happiness.
