The manuscript contains constitution and yurisprudensi and syariah. Many of irrelevant doodles and writings were found in the manuscript, as like skull, lines, sums. The physical size of the manuscript is 21,2x15,5 cm, block text: 17,7x 14,8 cm, various line, between 24-25 lines/page; black and blue ink; lined paper; no cover; no main title, but every sub-verse has title; the text is readable; the manuscript condition is not good, some holes on paper because of insect.
