And after that, the dearest child is the servant of God. God spent his days in what He loves and is pleased with. When he finished memorizing literary books and reviewing the collections of virtue and Arabic jokes, I would have loved for him to memorize a wonderful book in the science of rulings and a shepherd for the eyes of issues of jurisprudence... And I was not familiar with the abbreviations of what this is about, so I wrote a narration of the Book of Guidance, which is a luxurious book, and a sea of waves. Zajir... a summary, comprehensive of all its issues, devoid of its evidence, containing what is the most correct of sayings and choices, and additional benefits of fatwas and facts, and what it needs of systems of disputes, concise in its words to the end of brevity, apparent in precise meanings, imaginings of magic and evidence of miracles, marked with the protection of narration in matters of guidance... The Book of Purity God Almighty said: O you who have believed, when you rise to... Prayer, so wash your faces. The verse obligatory ablution is washing the face.... The book of a hermaphrodite is one with a vagina and a male, and if the one who urinates is a male, then the one who urinates is a vagina, and if he urinates from the private parts, then it is a female, and if both of them urinate, then it is judged to be the first, and if they are equal, then it is problematic, and it is not considered to be large. If he reaches puberty and has a beard, or he has intercourse with a woman, then it is a man, and if he has breasts, or milk erupts, or menstruates, or he has intercourse, then it is a female, otherwise it is problematic... and he does not wear silk or jewelry, and he does not reveal himself to a man. And a woman, and no non-mahram man or woman should be alone with him, and he should not travel without a mahram, and it is disliked for a man or a woman to circumcise him, and a female slave who circumcises him is bought if he has money, otherwise from the public treasury and then sold. If he dies before his condition becomes evident, he does not wash or perform tayammum, and a teenager should not attend the washing of a dead person, and the mourning for his grave should be covered. The man is placed near the imam, then he, and then the woman if he prays over them.
