Notes
In the name of God, the most gracious, the most merciful. The Book of Purity: God Almighty said: {O you who have believed, when you stand up to pray, wash your faces and your hands up to the elbows, and wipe your heads and your feet up to the ankles} So the obligation of purity: washing the three parts and wiping the head, the elbows and the ankles are included in washing, and what is required for wiping the head is the extent of the forelock, as Al-Mughirah bin Shu’bah narrated that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, went to a people’s basin, urinated, performed ablution, and wiped his forelock. And hidden. The Sunnahs of Purification: Washing the hands before inserting them if the person performing ablution wakes up from sleep, and not dipping his hand until he has washed it three times, for he does not know where his hand has spent the night, and naming God Almighty at the beginning of ablution, the siwak, rinsing the nose, wiping the ears, pickling the beard and fingers, and repeating the washing into three... If the estate is divided until one of the heirs dies, then if what befalls him from the first death is divided according to the number of his heirs, then it is valid. The two issues are valid for the first, and if they are not divided, then the obligatory duty of the second dead person is valid in the way we mentioned. Then multiply one of the two issues by the other if the arrows of the second dead person do not match what the obligatory duty is valid for. If their arrows agree with it, then multiply according to the second issue by the first. Whatever is combined from it, the two issues are valid. Everyone who had something from the first issue is multiplied by what the second issue was valid, and everyone who had something from the second issue is multiplied by the estate of the second dead person. And if the issue of abrogation is valid and you want to know what happens to each one of them. The gardens of dirhams divided what was correct of the issue into forty-eight, and what came out was taken for him from the arrows of each heir, a grain. God knows best what is right...
