Praise be to God, the Lord of the worlds, praise be to God, and peace be upon the people of Muhammad and his people, but next: this treatise consists of an introduction, two articles, and a conclusion of the introduction explaining what is to be known in this science before starting, and it is divided into two parts. The first part is related to geometry. It is part of the mass of the earth, and the largest diameter of the measured constants is twenty-two twenty-two times the size of the mine, and the smallest of the measured constants is twenty-nine thousand times that of the earth.
