In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Merciful, Praise be to God, the Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon our master and Prophet Muhammad and all the people. But then: because of the wisdom and character of the Lord of understanding and knowledge, it was not forgotten that the Lord of Revelations and Absences, by the judgment of knowing about some of the hidden things of the jinn, knew that the Prophet Haqq Subhanahu wa Ta'ala (and the Lord said to the angels that I am a liar on the earth) has perfected the order of the world and the ranks of the people of the world entrusted to man. That Ghouth, Qutb, Utad, Badla, Rijal al-Gheeb.... and co-borns in the Majlis of Qadha and all the necessities and ammunition should follow this rule so that they reach all purposes and contents. They want more than kings and sultans to ask for help from the side that they will go to, and let heaven be on their side, and let them lead the way if it is not possible, and let them find another way so that their needs and ammunitions will come, and they will be respected and honored, God willing.
