2 sheet: illuminations ; 27 x 18 cm, 2 sheet: 27 x 18 cm, Manuscript, Calligraphy, title devised by cataloger, Inscription of Qur'ānic verses, black ink, 19 lines per sheet, vocalized, catch words, rubricated, Verses from Qur'ān, Sūrat al-Ma'ārij [LXX: 1-30] ; Sūrat al-Ḥāqqa [LXIX: 1-48] ; Sūrat al-Qalam [LXVIII : 3-52], Marginal illuminated cartouch on both leaves includes Hadith and the word Hizb is inscribed in the center. Marginal words : Khams, 'ashr in red, blue and gold, Parchment, orphaned leaf from a Qur'ān, Gift of F. Cleveland Morgan in 1938, Chapter heading written in gold, contains illuminated polychrom roundal verse markers, illuminated cartouche in gold on the margins, corner pieces in gold with chapter title, head piece and tail piece in gold, laid down on a paper between gold frames and yellow paper borders
