Sample Text	"This volume is dedicated to the herms made of stone found in Ephesus and their art-historical consideration. In addition to the complete cataloging of the inventory, the typological classification of the individual herms, which can be found in both private and public environments, is the core. For this purpose, the iconography and the assignment to a specific type or a pictorial motif are discussed in a detailed analytical part. Due to the often unknown context of the finds, dating is usually done on the basis of stylistic comparisons or In addition to the interpretation of the herms from the Nymphaeum Traiani as a planetary balustrade, the author provides impulses for further scientific discourse by classifying the herm types Ephesus and Curtius C as neo-Attic concepts. In addition, comprehensive research into partial aspects of herm research complements the material focused on Ephesus, which Georg A.
