According to a notice on the cover page: El lefetha (The consultations) of Abou Amran Moussa ben Ameur Chemakhi, the author would be the Ibadi jurist Abū ʿImrān Mūsā ibn ʿĀmir al-Šammāḫī, m. 1404. but inasmuch as the text begins with the words Ğawābāt al-šayḫ al-fāḍil Abī al-Rabīʿ raḍiya Allāh ʿanhu, it could instead be Abū al-Rabīʿ Sulaymān ibn Muḥammad al-Šammāḫī, m. 1819. Incomplete from the end. Inc. (f. 1) : وذكرت رجل تزوج مرأة لها ملل وأهل. The cover page notice is preceded by No. 6. European binding, light brown morocco.
