Anonymous and undated copy. - The manuscript was copied from the copy in the hand of Aḥmad aṭ-Ṭabarānī, completed on 19 šaʿbān 819 h/December 13, 1416, where he mentions a certain number of hearings made in the presence of Ibn Kaṯīr in 772 h/1370. He explains certain addenda such as the biography of Ibn Taymiyya (f. 275v). The copyist gives the biography of Aḥmad aṭ-Ṭabarānī, then that of the emir Sayf al-Dīn Manǧak al-Yūsufī al-Nāṣirī (f. 275v-277).. Marks of possession of Muḥyī l-Dīn (...) ibn (...) al-Ḥanbalī; Muḥammad; another mark of Muḥammad ibn al-Ḥamrawī dated 936h/1629; reading mark of Abū al-Faḍl al-īrāzī; another mark of ʿAlī al-Mallāḥ dated 997 h/1588 and mark of a certain Muḥammad; biographical note on the author of the work and his successor (f. 2); mark of possession of Ḥasan ibn ʿAbd al-Maǧīd al-Fārisī (f. 215); reading mark of Muḥammad (...) dated 842 h/1438 and another mark of Muḥammad al-Raǧīḥī al-aybānī (f. 275). - A note from Dom G. F. Berthereau. Rooted calfskin binding, red shagreen spine with gold numeral of Napoleon I. The last endsheet bears traces left by an embossed backplate.
