(f. 1v): الحمد لله الذي وفق من اراد به الخير للتفقه في من Exp. (f.384): الشرط والله اعلم The date of 1013 h. / 1604-1605 indicated on f. 1 as the date of the manuscript (tārīḫ haḏā al-maḫṭūṭ) is not that of the copy nor that of the writing of the text, but that of the return of Ḥayr al-Dīn al-Fārūqī to Ramla, mentioned in f. 2.. Notes to f. 1 dated 27/9/1961.. Cover binding not attached to the volume: light brown leather, central plate in the shape of a polylobed mandorla decorated with clouds covered with brown paper, pendants, fillet border. Mandorla-shaped medallion with plant decoration on the flap. Back and edge cover decorated with stamped vertical lines. Orange paper lining, including on the back. Transliteration standard: ISO 233-2:1993, Information and documentation -- Transliteration of Arabic characters into Latin characters -- Part 2: Arabic language (the character ¨t is not used).

Fatwas of the son of Muḥyī al-Dīn al-Ramlī (né en 1660). Inc. (f. 1v): Praise be to God, who has enabled those who intend good for him to understand religion (...) and then the servant says to the poor Ibrahim bin Suleiman bin Muhammad Exp. (f.384): He replied, “There is no demand for the Bedouin upon him and the Jal. This is invalidity of the transfer based on the conditional contract, and God knows best.” Date de 1013 h. / 1604-1605 indiquée au f. 1 on the date of the manuscript (tārīḫ haḏā al-maḫṭūṭ) There is no copy cell from the redaction of the text, but the return cell of the Day of Fārūqī in Ramla, mention it au f. 2.
