Maghreb Text with diacritics; the vocalization and the signs of šadda and sukūn are in red, the hamza is marked by a yellow dot, the waṣla by a green dot. The verses are not separated. The spaces left for the titles of the suras were only rarely filled in red ink; at f° 48 r°, a larger space is occupied by a rubricated linear frame inside which the title is written in yellow. The indications of sağda and those of divisions in ḥizb are written in the margin in red ink. Copy completed on 23 ḏū-l-hiğğa 1195/9 December 1781 by Ṭāhir b. ʿAbd al-Qādir b. Muḥammad b. ʿAbd al-Raḥmān b. Muḥammad b. ʿAlī b. Maʿrūf for his master Muḥammad b. ʿAbd al-Qādir (f° 179 r°). A note in French from the “Abbé Maudit” recalls that this volume was seized during the capture of the Smalah, on May 16, 1843. Comes from the collection of the Count of Salvandy. Entered the National Library in 1846.
