The copy of the first piece was executed for himself by Muṣṭafā ibn Muḥammad ibn ʿAbd al-Ḥāfiẓ ibn Aḥmad min Banī Makkiyya al-Nābulusī al-Ḥanafī and completed on Sunday 25 ǧumādā I 1049/23 September 1639 (f. 216v). The other pieces are by the same hand. Comes from the Asselin de Cherville collection. - Mark of possession of Ḥusayn ibn Sayyid ibn ʿAlī known as al-Bahqaǧī al-Ḥalabī al-Ḥanafī dated 1061h/1651 in Cairo, and of ʿAbd al-Ḥayy ibn Ismāʿīl known as Ibn al-ʿĀlim (f. 1).. Half European binding, red shagreen spine..
