At the end of the volume, there are tables of concordance of the Arabic and Christian calendars for the years 1231-1289 AH (1816-1872), and forecasts for 1793-1888. ملهمل is the corruption of ملهم, moulhama, literally "work inspired by God", a title which is sometimes found in the altered form, following a fanciful etymology, of ملحمه (see the Catalog of Persian Manuscripts, no. 2406), which is the title of a collection of prognoses, written in Turkish verse, by a certain Salah ed-Din, after a Persian original..
