Anonymous and undated copy, probably executed after 1654 in Paris, by an unidentified orientalist (cf. Persan 34, etc.). The Persian is in Nasẖī of 11 lines per page. Written surface approximately 120 × 150 mm. Ms. of 145 × 185.. First bāb, subdivided into 2 qism (f. 72, 73v), from a treatise on correspondence (Inšā ʾ), giving models of letters. Incipit: باب اول — عنوان مکاتبده مذکور اولان القاب ادعیه صالحه نك بیانده در. Comes from Claude Hardy's library. Ms. “D” entered the Bible in August 1678. by Colbert. A notice from Pétis de la Croix, father, is inserted at the head, preceding a notice signed by Armain (n° 188). European binding in green chamois leather.
